Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NovaHub. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they explain what NovaHub does, your responsibilities, billing, and the limits of our service.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using NovaHub, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, and if you use NovaHub on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

In these terms, “NovaHub”, “we” and “us” mean the NovaHub platform; “you” means the account holder; “Nova Pro” and “Nova Business” are our plans; and “your customers” are the people who interact with your kiosk, website or QR.

2. What NovaHub is

NovaHub is a premium digital front desk for service businesses and independent professionals. It provides an in-store kiosk, an auto-generated website, a QR code, a printable card, analytics, Nova AI and a professional Marketplace.

NovaHub is a layer on top of the tools you already use. Bookings happen on services like Booksy and reviews on Google — NovaHub links to and powers them, but does not replace them and does not itself process your customers’ bookings.

3. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business and profile information you publish.

4. Plans, billing and free trial

NovaHub is offered on subscription plans — Nova Pro and Nova Business — billed monthly through Stripe. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.

  • You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Prices may change; we will give you notice before a change affects you.
  • Applicable taxes may be added. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry, downgrade or suspend access until it is resolved.

5. Free trial

The free trial is intended for new customers and is limited to one per customer or business. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription automatically. You can cancel during the trial at any time from your account.

6. Your content and license

You own the content you add to NovaHub — your profile, team, photos, portfolio, services, links and branding. You grant NovaHub a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display and process that content solely to operate the service for you (for example, to render your kiosk, website, QR and card).

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for its accuracy and legality.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NovaHub to:

  • Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, or impersonate others.
  • Violate the rights or privacy of any person, including your customers.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Scrape, resell or misuse the service or its data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for NovaHub or others.

8. Payments you take (Nova Business)

If you enable payments, they are processed through your own connected payment provider. You are the merchant of record for your customers’ transactions and are responsible for pricing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks and compliance. NovaHub facilitates the connection and confirms results, but is not a party to those transactions and does not store card data.

9. Messaging and missed-call SMS

If you enable SMS features such as the missed-call auto-reply, you are responsible for sending only lawful, consented messages and for complying with applicable rules (for example the U.S. TCPA and local regulations). NovaHub provides the tool; you control the recipients and content.

10. Marketplace

The Marketplace is a venue where businesses post openings or chairs and professionals find opportunities. NovaHub does not employ, endorse, verify or guarantee any user, posting or outcome. You are responsible for your postings, your hiring and work decisions, and your interactions with others.

11. Nova AI

Nova AI provides calculated insights and answers to help you run your business. Its output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is offered for convenience only — it is not professional legal, financial, tax or other advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

12. Third-party services

NovaHub integrates with or links to third-party services — such as Booksy for booking, Google for reviews, and payment and messaging providers. These are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. NovaHub does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, content or actions.

13. Intellectual property

NovaHub and its licensors own the platform, software, design, brand, logo and trademarks. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works from the platform except as allowed by law.

14. Privacy

Your use of NovaHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data. You can delete your content and your account, and export your data, directly from within NovaHub at any time.

15. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use NovaHub ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimers

NovaHub is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will produce any particular result, such as more bookings or reviews.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for NovaHub in the 12 months before the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify NovaHub against claims, losses and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your customers’ data, your payments and messaging, or your violation of these terms or the law.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where NovaHub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before formal action, both parties will try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other. Where permitted, disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as NovaHub evolves. We will change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
